I have to say that I’ve found a new favourite room.  I was a little skeptical at the start because there isn’t a door on the room and because of that you feel like maybe you’re not really in the room yet.  However, Adventure Rooms, so far, has the best ambient audio we’ve heard which changes as you move through different areas.  The lighting as well fits each part of the room perfectly.

Because this is one of their newer areas everything is in really good condition. They also went out of their way to have as few “do not touch” stickers as possible.

This is a near perfect room in my opinion. The puzzles are good, they make sense, and there’s a variety of skills needed. The storyline does need a little bit of work to complete the immersion loop. It would make more sense to be two friends who are trying to retrieve something they left in the now-locked Speakeasy, or a cop trying to retrieve some evidence that the Speakeasy exists.

This room was not overly-difficult and we’d rate it at a medium.  This room would be a ton of fun with 4 to 8 people.

Adventure Rooms makes some incredible physical spaces, they just need that storyline to carry it the last little way.

Definitely go.
