Review of “The Final Viewing”
at Escape Manor in Hamilton
“An unexpected call. A distant relative has passed and you just inherited a home. In the wake of this curious news, you decide to visit the property with a few friends.”
This thrilling room was the first that really had us feeling edgy. The Immersion begins from the very start as the host tells you the story you’re about to encounter. This person-to-person storytelling was much more immersive than the cheesy video introductions offered up at most venues.
Once inside the setting and puzzles were unique and eerie making us let out little screams from time to time. The involvement from the staff and personalized participation made this room score a near-perfect 5 stars. The very first puzzle was a slight departure from the theme (more paranormal than natural) and there was some noise from the nearby axe-throwing party (which you should check out.)
We gave this a medium difficulty level but that did not take away from the quality whatsoever.
Overall, this was one of our absolute favourite rooms and a definite one for you to check out!
