We really love Escape Manor. Their staff are amazing from the time you walk in until you leave. They’re enthusiastic and helpful – they are among the best in this area. We also generally really love their experiences and think they’re one of the leaders in Canada. However, Sherwood at Escape Manor Toronto was a real departure from their typical experiences.

Again, we love Escape Manor but this room was an anomaly in a bad way. This room doesn’t feel like it was designed or built by the typical teams. It feels like corners were cut with gaps in the foam, unfinished walls, and very basic decor. It’s built right beside a bar and on a weekend the noise of the mob comes right into the room. They also slightly break the one-and-done rule in here.

We loved the idea of the room and the final puzzle is unique but success is indicated by a verbal toot toot over the radio and we wanted something grander.

We’re sad to write this review this way. There’s a lot to be improved in this room. There are other great experiences here though so make sure you book one of those tonight.
