Looking Glass Adventures is rated very highly on Google which is probably what lead you to search for specific room reviews! We decided to do all of their rooms in one night so we can tell you which room is your best option. The staff here were great – friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgable of the puzzles, stories, and location. There are snacks and drinks available as well as a wide range of games available for purchase.
Let’s get this out of the way – this is their best room. It’s the most immersive, the most challenging, the most number of puzzles to do, and great integration of technology that makes the room feel magical and not technical.
This is a complete build – with the exception of the ceiling, which most people don’t pay much attention to anyways. High attention to detail from the room to the props, lighting, audio, and ambient effects make it feel like a magical place. It’s clear what your mission is and you’re guided along by magical cues.
There are definitely some nods to your favourite books about wizards which fans will enjoy. We’re not deeply into those books and that didn’t prevent our enjoyment or ability to solve the well-made puzzles. This room took us the longest and felt like it was the best value.
There are very few things that could improve the rating of this room. It’s just a really good room and will earn a spot on our list of Most Immersive Escape Rooms in Ontario.
