Looking back at this room there is a simplicity about it, a quaintness, a peacefulness that just works.  I spoke with the owner about how the most memorable rooms seem to be horror rooms because they invoke emotion.  This room invokes another emotion – joy.  And that’s something you don’t experience in other escape rooms.

The staff at this location are excellent and followed our instructions to give very few hints and when needed he gave the slightest of nudges to get us on our way.  There is a hint system available through a little mailbox where items can be sent into the room which is brilliant.

The only environmental note I would suggest is to make sure the big Christmas tree is lit up and maybe have some cheery Christmas music going or other ambient sounds or smells.

The puzzles are very good.  Straight-forward, no over-thinking, but still challenging.  There’s no math in this one and I think that younger players would enjoy this room and be able to contribute to the team’s success.

This is a solid medium room for 4 to 6 players that is a really nice break from the typical.
