A storm is raging outside and your party has no choice but to seek refuge in a nearby mansion. The mansion doesn’t seem busy, but since you arrived, something seems to be lurking outside. Unfortunately, for you this area is remote and emergency services won’t be there for a good hour. Your only option is to explore and secure the area until you find a better solution.

Quebec City really blew us away with the quality of rooms available and Eliviascape helped solidify that perspective. All of their rooms are available in both English and French. The staff are very kind and the owner was excited to explain the deep story lines that inspired the rooms. He built all of the technology himself and the builds are incredible.

This is the story or the creepy old mansion and creepy children with suspicious parents – a classic escape room scenario. Once again, the immersion is fantastic with high quality builds, and unique lighting and audio throughout. Be prepared for a couple of jump scares that will startle the bravest of escape room enthusiasts.

Similar to their other rooms we saw a couple of unique puzzles that we hadn’t seen before and some clever ways to cause you to move around the space. Some areas were dark and a bit difficult to search. We’ve said in other reviews that we really don’t like to have to spend a lot of time searching for things once we know how the puzzle works. With more people, it’s likely not an issue but with 2 people it was a lot of area to search.

I did enjoy this room and would gladly do it again. It could hold 4 to 6 people fairly well and is a medium -hard difficulty. Give this room a shot!
