We’ve visited three Trapped locations now and this location really renewed our hope of finding a great experience at the chain. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful, and most importantly they were really interested in constructive feedback on improving the experience for others. We’re always happy to share and their enthusiasm for providing the best experience possible was clear.
This room is creepy. Not quite horror but enough ambient audio and creepy elements to have you nervous about a jump scare around the next corner. It’s really well made with great attention to detail, solid lighting, great audio, and some nice surprises.
The puzzles are well thought out but can be quite complicated. We complete 73% of the rooms we attempt as a duo, however, this one got the best of us. We really recommend four to six players for this room. Even with three it’s going to be tough to get everything done in time. But, the puzzles are good. Take your memory pills before you go.
We’d love to see the experience bookended with some stronger story telling and some aids in the room like a notepad (did I mention your memory pills?) We’d also love to have a bit better noise isolation between the rooms as sounds from adjacent experiences can break the immersion.
This room was great and we had an awesome time. It’s one of the best rooms we’ve done in the area.
